Email is probably on the top five list of to-dos for most working adults (and students…) in this country. Honestly, probably for most of the world too.
So why do so many people hate it?
Count me among them.
Email keeps me from so many things I would rather be doing. From more fun things like exploring a new city, to making sure I’m fulfilling my New Year’s resolution of “reading more.”
Yet, so many of us are hacking away at our inboxes every day. And it can be different!
Introducing: Notion Mail.

Why do I personally care about Notion Mail even though it’s definitely far from perfect (for example: creating views can become this long excursion that nobody asked for).
Because I, as a young professional, want to help myself and other working professionals do more with less. And email is definitely a key part of that goal.

The iOS app is coming soon! Notion Mail will be available on Android in 2025, too.

Yes! You can use multiple Notion accounts to manage different emails.
